DELIVERY GUIDELINES FOR AUSTRALIA
Where possible, all prices quoted on our website are FIS into Australian Capital Cities, however, in some instances an on-forwarding freight surcharge may apply. In most cases, Orion Australia Pty Ltd will deliver to a designated depot in an Australian capital city, however, this arrangement is at the total discretion of Orion Australia Pty Ltd.
Orders are processed next day, and stock items are despatched within 3 working days. For non-stock items or in the instance of low stock levels, Orion Australia Pty Ltd anticipates despatching items within 10 – 14 working days. Wherever possible, Orion Australia Pty Ltd undertakes to advise customers of delay in supply.
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
Once you have placed and confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt of payment, and an official tax invoice can be emailed to you upon request. We do endeavour to have your items sent to you as per our delivery time frame, however, if there are any problems with your order, we will contact you with regards to the issue as soon as possible.

All regional orders – delivery to regional areas can be arranged, however, a freight surcharge may apply. Delivery time will take longer depending on the state and region.
