Orion Australia Pty Ltd is willing to accept returns, exchange or refund product within 7 working days of receipt of your goods*. A restocking fee of 20% or original invoice value may apply (at the sole discrepancy of Orion Australia Pty Ltd); please contact the staff at Orion Australia Pty Ltd to confirm.
In all instances, a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) must be obtained from Orion Australia Pty Ltd, and all associated paperwork must carry the RAN. No returns will be accepted unless a RAN or staff authorisation has been obtained.
All Returns or Exchanges must include or be accompanied by original copies of purchase documents or invoices.
All freight arrangements and charges incurred regarding returning goods to the supplier are solely the responsibility of the customer.
*All goods must be unused and in original condition. Orion Australia Pty Ltd does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to Orion Australia's Terms & Conditions of sale.
