The Jacky® Bin hatch assembly design has come about as a result of many years of trial and error to produce what we believe is the best on the market of its kind.
In this article we will explain the design features, ease of use and how to adjust the hatch to suit your requirements.
Constructed entirely of stainless steel and plastic making sure that even the most corrosive of materials is not going to corrode the hatch.
Along the slide guides of the hatch assembly there are elongated holes to adjust the tension of the hatch. Tension can be adjusted by loosening the bolt off and pushing up against the hatch plate and do the bolts back up. This will make the hatch stiffer allowing you to leave the hatch open or partly open. Easily adjust the tension by loosening the bolts repositioning the slide guides and tightening the bolts.
Our side discharge bins come with a 300mm chute to narrow the opening. Located inside the bin upon purchase. Simply designed to fill buckets or small openings like a seed cart or air seeder.
To Install – Simply clip one side at a time on the bolt at the bottom and snap in the other side. The chute should have plenty of movement and will fall about 45 deg.
If you are considering investing in a Jacky® Bin, rest assured your investment has been designed with much thought and consideration. Out bins are built to last, giving you peace of mind for years to come.
