 #  Nickel Plated  **Brass Valves** 

 

Nickel plated brass valves are used for connecting to galvanised steel water tanks.

Standard brass valves are liable to degrade due to electrolytic activity between the exposed brass and the galvanised surface of the tank. Nickel plated valves are used where the strength and durability of brass is required in conjunction with a steel tank (e.g. fire fighting water storage).
