for yet another innovative and quality product. The Bulka Frame now allows staff at Exform to transfer bulk plastic resin to bins in complete safety. Whether it is slow feeding into other reciprocals or a complete transfer of resin from the bulka bag, this works every time. Great concept, safe and easy to use. **A.K., Manager, Injection Moulding Plant** Orion tackled the project willingly, and worked closely with Inghams in developing a pallet bin that would meet our required parameters. All bins are serial numbered with permanent graphics, for identification and tracking of contents. The bins were delivered in due time, and put into service during mid-2002. Nine years later, the original pallet bins are still in use on the same routine. In terms of standing up to the treatment they are given, and we would regard it as a high-demand environment, then the bins are 100%. After nine years they show wear and tear and damage from operator errors, but even so the bins are easy to clean and maintain to the required hygiene standards." **J.H., Feed Mill Manager, Tasmania** Orion responded to this challenge with alacrity and diligence – within months they had made a mould and sent us some sample skips. We subsequently made various changes to the original mould and Orion also perfected their production techniques, so that now every skip from their facility is a fine example of Tasmanian craftsmanship – the sides are very straight and the printing is permanent and clear. The skips are very robust and, other than operator damage, we have had no problems with their longevity.
